Dr. Wright from the SNES version of Maxis's Sim City. I believe he also appears in Super Smash Brother's Brawl, but I'm not sure as I don't own a Wii. I hated the colors that Bricksaic assigned to this sprite, so I did extensive tweaks to the color pallet. I hope you'll agree the result was worth the effort :) Download is 1280x1024
